Terms of Service

1. The Service

Dryforge is a desktop application that runs AI agents on your computer, together with its account service (the "Service").

2. AI Provider Accounts

You may connect an AI model provider's account or API key to the App. Requests to the provider (model calls) do not pass through Dryforge's servers, and Dryforge cannot access the account. That use is subject to the provider's terms and policies, which you should review before connecting. Dryforge accepts no liability for any action the provider takes on your account. You may disconnect an account at any time in Settings.

3. Beta

The Service is provided free of charge as a beta to approved accounts only. Features may be changed or discontinued during the beta.

4. Account and Devices

You sign in with a Google account. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared or transferred. The number of devices you may register is determined by your plan. To register a device beyond that number, you must first remove a registered device in Settings.

5. License

Dryforge grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on your registered devices. The application verifies your license with Dryforge's servers and ceases to operate when your license ends. Open-source components included in the application are governed by their respective licenses, listed in Settings › About. You retain all rights in the work you create with the application.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• violate any law or infringe the rights of others;
• interfere with the operation of the Service;
• reverse engineer or modify the application, or circumvent its license verification or other protections;
• use the application on an unregistered device, or share your account; or
• copy, sell or redistribute the application.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the application or on the account page. Dryforge may suspend or delete an account that violates these Terms, and may end the beta. Upon termination, the application ceases to operate.
